Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received are not refundable.
We will gladly adjust any service you receive must notify the salon within three days of your service day. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. If a client is unwilling to return to Ricky Styles Studio for adjustment /review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
2. Product refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in their original packaging. If the product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with a receipt.
3. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
4. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
5. Deposit for hair extensions are non-fundable.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service total.
Same-day Cancelation /no-show is charged 100% of the service total.
These payments will be automatically charged to the card you provided at the booking.

Clothing
We take every precaution to protect your clothing but art is messy at times. Please note that we can not guarantee that color or bleach will not bleed through the capes. We advise that if you have a color or bleach service you dress with this in mind.
